ANNOUNCEMENT
SCHOOL BOARD VACANCY
GRAPEVIEW SCHOOL DISTRICT
The Grapeview School District is seeking
applicants for a vacant school board position. All qualified
citizens of the Grapeview School District are encouraged to
apply. You may obtain an application package by; visiting our
website at www.gsd54.org,
request that an application package be mailed, or you may stop
by the Grapeview School District office between the hours of
9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The School Directors will conduct
interviews and make a selection at the May 27 school board
meeting. The appointed school board director will serve until
the next regular board election in November 2008, and may then
run for election for this position, as the term for this
appointment will expire in 2009.
To be eligible, a person must be a United
States citizen, a qualified voter, and live in the Grapeview
School District.

Thursday, April 30, 2008.
