Forest Festival Field Day 2008 is on the way!

Panhandle Lake 4-H Camp has opened its doors to Mason County 5th graders once again.  Students will enjoy a hands-on field day of learning about forestry and the forest environment.  The event takes place outdoors as students rotate between a series of activity stations.  At each station they will participate in hands-on activities to better understand the role forests play in our community and world.  In addition, the popular billboard contest will continue again this year, with another opportunity for budding artists to show their talents.  Billboard entries will be displayed at businesses in Mason County.  All in all, a very exciting event is planned for your child on May 2nd at Forest Festival Field Day 2008!
